Individual Coaching

My approach is tailored and personalised, aimed at achieving long-term results considering your unique stressors and life circumstances.

It doesn’t include any drugs, surgery or physical rehabilitation exercises. It is a non-invasive approach rooted in neuroscience.

My Process

1. Understanding your pain/symptoms

I will explain to you the root cause of TMS pain/symptoms, being fear induced nervous system dysregulation, and why you aren’t broken as a result. This will lead to an understanding of why conventional treatments may have been largely unsuccessful thus far.

2. Fostering belief in the TMS/neuroplastic diagnosis and the rejection of a structural cause of the pain/symptoms

We will work to build evidence as to why there is nothing structurally wrong with your body (this may be true despite the fact that there are incidental findings on MRI/X-ray), which will help to lower the fear around your pain/symptoms as well as dispel the notion that your body doesn’t heal.

3. Addressing certain personality traits and thought habits causing heightened fear as well as the acceptance and expression of emotions

Not only does the fear around the pain/symptoms and structural damage cause nervous system dysregulation, but so can day-to-day anxiety as a result of mindset. As a result, those with TMS typically self-describe as people-pleasers, perfectionists or those who always put the needs of others ahead of their own. We will implement simple psychological tools to create a better balance and lower these self-imposed stressors.
